Daniel Wilds – Designer Goldsmith
Daniel Wilds is a contemporary Designer Goldsmith who frequently produces work in silver, palladium, gold and platinum. He has been a designer/maker for over a decade, having originally graduated from the Kent Institute of Art & Design in Rochester. Daniel has since worked freelance for several independent jewellers dotted around his home county of Kent.
Daniel uses the most up to date technology combined with traditional skills, to create jewellery that has an historical, yet modern quality. His designs characterized by fine, often hidden engraving detail the more you look, the more you discover. This detail frequently with floral or mythical depictions, is then set alongside beautiful gemstones selected purely for their unusual qualities, often with inclusions and imperfections which he feels adds to their intrinsic beauty.
